Now, where can you get the stuff from Christmas? I haven't joined the Halloween event so Im new at this..

As of now, the only Wintersday event so far has been the Icy Dragon Sword. There are a bunch of new NPCs all around and about (LA, ToPK, Ascalon) that have some interesting things to say that I believe are hinting towards what we can expect in the coming days.
